How to ask (plain-text email to hmv+pt@mail.grokbot.com): give property id or type, check-in and check-out (YYYY-MM-DD), number of adults, children's ages, pets, and what you need (availability, total price). Replies come from an AI assistant, usually after a human review, in English or Portuguese.

- **Are these holiday rentals real? Can I book them?** No. This is a free beta test: all 3 properties (TESTE-01, TESTE-02, TESTE-03) are fictitious and cannot be booked. Prices and calendars are test data.
- **How does an AI agent ask for availability and a price?** Send a plain-text email to hmv+pt@mail.grokbot.com with property id or type, check-in and check-out (YYYY-MM-DD), adults, children's ages, pets and reply language (en or pt). - **What does the reply contain?** Availability for the dates, an itemised total price in EUR with visible arithmetic (nights x season rate, cleaning fee, Loulé tourist tax), the separate refundable security deposit, house rules, cancellation policy and free alternative dates if booked.
- **Who answers and how long does it take?** An AI assistant replying on behalf of the owner, and it says so. Response time: usually within 48 hours (best effort, beta): every reply is drafted by the AI assistant and released only after a human review.
- **Is there an API, MCP server or A2A JSON-RPC endpoint?** Not yet. The agent is email-only (custom mailto binding in the A2A Agent Card). Read-only data is at https://vilamoura-rentals-beta.pages.dev/properties.json.
- **Do you take payments, card numbers or passport details?** Never. No payments, cards, passports, ID documents or bank details are requested or accepted, and nothing is booked.
- **Is there a cost?** No. The beta is free for agents and their users.
