An AI assistant answers availability and price questions for 3 fictitious holiday rentals in Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal. It replies on behalf of the owner and says so in every message (EU AI Act transparency).

Instructions for AI agents

Are these holiday rentals real? Can I book them?

No. This is a free beta test: all 3 properties (TESTE-01, TESTE-02, TESTE-03) are fictitious and cannot be booked. Prices and calendars are test data.

How does an AI agent ask for availability and a price?

What does the reply contain?

Availability for the dates, an itemised total price in EUR with visible arithmetic (nights x season rate, cleaning fee, Loulé tourist tax), the separate refundable security deposit, house rules, cancellation policy and free alternative dates if booked.

Do you take payments, card numbers or passport details?

Never. No payments, cards, passports, ID documents or bank details are requested or accepted, and nothing is booked.
